From Tel Aviv with love - Kurs in hebräischer Sprache

Would you like to learn some basic Hebrew while cooking the best food from israel? and while learning all the real secrets for hummus and shakshuka at the same time? is your chance! no hebrew level is needed, a simple "Shalom" is all you need. Colorful, diverse, fresh, tasty and, above all, sociable! On this cooking evening, we will go on a culinary journey to the Eastern Mediterranean and immerse yourselves in the world of Israeli delights. The chef Shay Dashevsky, who is native Israeli, will show you how easy and fun it is to make the most famous dishes, and be sure that you want to cook again and again. We start with hummus, the most famous Israeli dish, and we will prepare authentic hummus. Shay will show all the secrets of how to make hummus like on the streets of Jaffa step by step. For the main dish we will cook shakshuka, the most beloved and easy egg and tomato stew from Israel, full of flavor, spices and color. Alongside with this we will accommodate a fresh baked pita that we will make on spot, handmade and fresh from the oven. On the side we will prepare a special dish that is reserved only for this workshop, a lemon couscous salad with chickpeas, with lemon and date syrup dressing, a real explosion of tastes, a perfect dish for the summer and autumn. For dessert we prepare fresh delicious baklava rolls, an easy and simple way to make homemade fresh Arabic delight that is very hard to stop eating. For the ingredients used, 12 Euros are already included in the course fee. Please bring a kitchen towel, an apron and a storage container. Additional information: If you cancel only 3 days before the start of the course, the fee for the cooking ingredients cannot be refunded
